The initial company placed our garage door back on track with a 30 day warranty. Approx 30 days to the date it was off-track again.The initial company send an affiliate to service our garage door. I sincerely believe the second company did not diagnosed the problem as well. I felt like the problem was not being addressed as it should be especially after putting out $346.00 and still "NO GO". I looked up several companies in Schertz-Cibolo area and saw the reviews for your company and liked them. Your technician, Mr Travis Bartley came and I could see his professional attitude and his experience in the matter. Very through in all he did. Cannot ask for more. Thank You Very Much!!!

Mr Hugfman called to say he could arrive 30 minutes earlier because he was closer than expected. Upon his arrival, I showed him my garage door, and he gave me his assessment of the situation and some advice on what I should do if I made this mistake again. Mr. Huffman informed me of the total cost before he began working on my garage door, and I told him I was okay with the estimate. Approximately 10 minutes later, he was done, and my garage door was back working correctly. Mr. Huffman was very professional and courteous during his time at my home. I would highly recommend this company and him to my neighborhood, friends, and family that require garage door services.

We received great service from Precision Garage Door. Their service tech, Wesley was available earlier than our scheduled appointment window and he texted us his availability. He was very courteous and professional throughout the service call. He provided us with a detailed estimate for a number of options and went straight to work once we had chosen what we wanted done, which went beyond repairing the broken spring in one of 3 garage doors. He finished the work within the anticipated time and went through the work and warranty in detail. Will not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others in need of garage door work.
